Shipping Policy

  3. Express Courier Service: Through services similar to FedEx Priority Overnight, we achieve extremely fast transportation to meet your urgent need for quick delivery of goods.

II. Freight Calculation Methods

 

  1. Weight and Volume-based Charging: International freight is mainly calculated based on the larger value between the actual weight of the package and the volumetric weight (length × width × height ÷ [volumetric weight conversion factor, such as 5000, with the unit of cubic centimeters per kilogram]). Different logistics methods have corresponding charging standards. The specific rates can be obtained in real-time on the checkout page according to the destination and logistics method you choose.
  2. Destination Zoning-based Charging: The world is divided into multiple freight regions. Countries and regions within the same region apply the same or similar freight standards. For example, the North American region (including the United States, Canada, etc.) is one region, and the European region (including the United Kingdom, France, Germany, etc.) is another region. The basic freight and additional weight charges vary among different regions.
  3. Comprehensive Consideration of Order Amount and Weight: For some specific products or orders, we will formulate freight strategies by combining the order amount and the weight of the package. For instance, if the order amount exceeds 20 US dollars and the package weight is within 2 kilograms, you can enjoy certain freight discounts or preferential offers. The specific preferential conditions will be clearly indicated on the product details page or during the checkout process.

III. Delivery Scope

Deliverable Countries and Regions: Our international delivery service covers more than 43 countries and regions around the world, including but not limited to major economies such as the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Japan, and South Korea. The complete list of deliverable countries and regions can be queried and confirmed on the checkout page after entering the shipping address.
  2. Restricted Delivery Areas: Due to political, economic, security, or logistics infrastructure reasons in some countries or regions, we currently do not provide delivery services. These areas include but are not limited to [list specific regions such as sanctioned countries, war-torn areas, and some remote island countries]. When you place an order, if the shipping address is in a restricted delivery area, the system will automatically prompt and prevent you from placing the order.

IV. Shipping Time and Transit Duration

 

  1. Shipping Time: After receiving your order and confirming successful payment, we will process and ship the order within 2 working days. This time does not include weekends and legal holidays. In case of out-of-stock products, order information verification requirements, or other special circumstances, the shipping time may be delayed, and we will promptly notify you via email or text message.
  2. Transit Duration:
    • Standard International Express: It usually takes 3 - 7 working days to reach the destination after shipping. However, the specific time may fluctuate due to factors such as customs clearance efficiency in the destination country and holidays. For example, in some countries with stricter customs inspections, the customs clearance time may be extended by 1 - 3 working days.
    • Economy International Postal Service: The transit time is relatively longer, generally 7 - 15 working days after shipping. In some remote areas or countries with lower postal service efficiency, it may take even longer, up to 20 - 30 working days.
    • Express Courier Service: We promise to deliver the package within 1 - 3 working days after shipping, providing you with the fastest logistics experience. Nevertheless, in special situations such as extreme weather and major holidays, there may be short-term delays.

V. Logistics Tracking and Information Update

 

  1. Tracking Number Provision: Once your package is shipped, we will send you a shipping notification via email, which includes the logistics tracking number. You can use this tracking number to query the real-time transportation status of the package on the official website of the corresponding logistics provider or on the Shopline order page.
  2. Logistics Information Update Frequency: Logistics providers usually update logistics information at key nodes of package transportation (such as pickup, transit, arrival in the destination country, delivery, etc.). Generally, the information updates of standard international express and express courier services are relatively timely, and there may be new status updates every 1 - 2 days. The information updates of the economy international postal service may be relatively slower, with updates possibly every 3 - 5 days. If you do not query any logistics information updates for a long time, it is recommended that you wait for a while. If there is still no update, please contact our customer service team in a timely manner for assistance with the query.

VI. Customs and Duties

 

  1. Customs Declaration: We will fill in the declaration value, product name, quantity, and other information of the package truthfully in accordance with the customs requirements of the destination country for customs declaration. The declared value will be determined according to the actual payment amount of the products you purchased.
  2. Duty Liability: Due to significant differences in customs policies and duty regulations among different countries and regions, duties such as tariffs, value-added taxes, and consumption taxes that may be incurred during the import of the package shall be borne by the recipient. These duties are usually calculated and levied by the customs according to local regulations and tax rates when the package arrives at the customs of the destination country. We cannot accurately estimate the amount of duties you need to pay in advance. It is recommended that you consult the local customs or relevant tax authorities before placing an order to understand the possible duty situation. In some cases, the logistics provider may offer a duty payment agency service for you, but a certain handling fee may be charged. The specific service and fees can be consulted with the corresponding logistics provider.

VII. Special Circumstances and Disclaimer

 

  1. Force Majeure Factors: In case of force majeure events (such as natural disasters, wars, strikes, pandemics, etc.), logistics transportation may be severely affected, resulting in shipping delays or package delivery delays. In such cases, we will try our best to communicate and coordinate with the logistics provider and provide you with the latest logistics information in a timely manner. However, we shall not be liable for any delays or losses caused by force majeure.
  2. Incorrect Recipient Information: Please carefully check the recipient information such as the shipping address and contact phone number when placing an order. If the package cannot be delivered or is returned due to incorrect information provided by you, we will assist you in solving the problem, but you may be required to bear the additional logistics costs incurred. If the package is lost due to incorrect information, we shall not be liable for compensation.
  3. Customs Inspection and Seizure: Since customs inspection of imported goods is a normal regulatory procedure, it may cause the package to stay at the customs for an extended period. If the package is seized or confiscated by the customs due to violations of the laws, regulations, and customs regulations of the destination country, we shall not be liable.     Please ensure that you include your order number and a description of the reason for the return in the return package so that we can process your return application quickly and accurately.
  2. Freight Liability: For returns or exchanges due to product quality issues, we will bear the international return freight. However, you need to pay the freight in advance and keep the freight receipt. After the return application is approved, we will refund the actual freight amount paid. If it is a return for non-quality reasons (such as personal dislike, inappropriate size, etc.), you need to bear the international return freight on your own. During the return of the product, if it is damaged or lost during transportation, the risk shall be borne by you. It is recommended that you choose a return method with logistics tracking functionality and purchase the corresponding transportation insurance.
